Dosage:

Adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day with a meal with a glass of water (i.e. 15 mg per day of genistein/genistin).

Contraindications
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product if you are allergic to honey, pollen, bee stings and plants of the Compositae family (daisy, echinacea, dandelion). For people with asthma or atopic eczema, royal jelly could cause allergic and anaphylactic reactions. Do not use this product if you are taking tamoxifen.
