Dosage

J'utilise ce produit depuis quelques années. Il y a quelques mois, j'ai diminué la dose à 3 gellules par jour car je me sentais très bien...pour un bon moment. Je viens d'augmenter la dose aux recommandations et après 2 semaines, je vois la différence dans ma vitalité de prendre des décisions. J'ai moins de brouillard dans la tête.
